Purchasing:-

We’re procuring raw cotton from farmer mandies (village markets), in raw cotton form, its mix with cotton seed, leaves, pallets, trash other dust contaminations. Our quality persons procure best length cotton from farmers and it’ll further delivered to our automatic TMC (Technological Mission on Cotton) plants for contamination free ginning.

Ginning & Bale pressing & packing:-

In our automatic ginning and cotton seed extraction plant, machines separate the contamination free cotton for bale pressing and cotton seed for oil & seed cake extraction. We keep extra care to produce best quality cotton bales which gives value to our product in international market. Our all bales for domestic and export purpose packed in quality fabric cloth and stripped tightly with PP stripes. The continuous improvement of the grade of cotton, controlled contamination, better packing material, has given outstanding growth to our exports worldwide. 

Quality parameters:-

Our all units well equipped with quality systems all the bales tested before dispatching for export purpose or domestic sale. Each lot tested meticulously in approved laboratories with respect to staple length, micronaire, moisture & trash contents for spinning values.

Warehousing:-

The cotton bales are systematically arranged warehousing complexes and well stored. Our entire warehouse is developed with the latest compliance parameter by keeping all the safety measurement in mind. The quality cotton bales grade wise, cotton lint keep separated places to maintain cleanliness.
