For raw cotton there are many parameter in India, raw cotton included with cotton seed, trash, leafs and other dust particles called as raw seed cotton (Kapas). The raw cotton harvested from farmers field and delivered for sale in local villages markets (mandies). We procure best quality cotton from villages markets and gin it in our ginning machines for the separation of contamination free cotton. This contamination free cotton; compressed in pressing machines to form in Bales. These Bales tightly tied with PP Strips to secure from re-expansion under handling and transportation, to keep it clear the best quality thin knitted clothe cover it to procure form external dust and other things. Cotton bales

For the production of cotton bales we have already appropriate set up of automated plant still we ever consider the precautionary steps to maintain the quality of best steeple length cotton. Before procuring raw cotton from mandies (farmer markets) our quality assurance person check the quality and clear it for bales production. After ginning & pressing of bales the assurance officer check the steeple length, mice and segregate the quality cotton lot wise for sale.  

Cotton Seeds:

 We are the producer of quality of cotton seed remain after ginning. Cotton seed dry in our large compound to remove moisture from it. After removal of moisture we use it for cotton seed hulls and cotton seed oil degrading. Best quality cotton provides us the best quality of cotton seed. Our cotton seed also sold in domestic market with large requirement.

Cotton Seed Oil Cake:

We offer premium quality Cottonseed Oil Cake, which is the solid material remained after extraction of the oil from the cotton seeds. Our Cottonseed Oil Cake contains a large amount of protein and oil, making it highly desirable for animal feed in India. Cotton Seed Hulls:

Cotton Seed Hulls are the outer covering of the cotton seed and are separated from the kernel prior to the oil extraction process. Cottonseed hulls contain 3-8% highly digestible cotton linters (nearly 100% cellulose). 

Cotton seed hulls are exceptional roughage with a high level of effective fiber and are very palatable. They are commonly used in feedlot and dairy rations since they require no grinding and mix well with other feed ingredients. They can be palliated for ease of handling and to lower transportation cost. Cotton seed hulls are comparable in nutritive value to good quality grass hay and are valuable digestive aides to concentrate rations. They can also serve to limit intake of concentrate when feeding on pasture.

Cotton Seed Oil:      

Our production of cotton seed oil is of 11,000 liters per year form our single plant and we have our two automated plant in which from the input of cotton seed for degrading and output of raw cotton oil in tanks done automatically. Our raw wash oil famous in domestic market and we’re in process to established the refining plant of raw cotton seed oil. The quality of raw cotton oil can be viewed by its fineness/color and make it’s significance in market. Currently we are limited in export of seed oil and expanding our selves by the support of our new customers. Our highly cost effective cotton seed oil is supplied on very large scale. We own a leading position amongst Indian cotton seed oil suppliers soon.

Red Chilly & Chilly powder:     

Spices are the very old significance of India. All over the world India recognized for it superior quality of Spices. Red Chilly is the very popular name of one of spices. Due to hot climate and special soil of central india produce the different-2 grads of chilies verities in our region and we procure fresh chilies from farms make it dry and supply it as per customer requirement in domestic and export market

Agricultural Commodities:

Our presence is largest agricultural producing central region of India enable us to provide best quality seeds to farmers to obtain super crop. Our seeds division work for domestic requirement and we are in trade of seeds like WHEAT, MAIZE, SOYABEAN, CHICK PEAS etc. We’re also doing Red Chilly in it’s Original raw red chilly & Chilly power from in packet packed.
